Johnny just treats Doyoung just so similar to like a younger brother. He teases him, but even said himself it's because he just adores him so much. There were also moments where Doyoung mentioned wanting to see his house in Chicago. Doyoung was especially sweet to the foreign members as he took them all to his home for the holidays to celebrate.

Doyoung just becomes the biggest baby around Johnny, I'd like to think it's because he often has to take care of the younger members so Johnny is just an opportunity to take a break from being the most mature and just be the one taken care of instead.

I just really love their friendship so much how they genuinely love being with each other and caring for one another, it's just such a beautiful friendship between the two of them filled with teasing and caring for each other.
